The Model 1000 Hand Torque Wrench Test Stand provides an adjustable mounting for most hand torque wrenches with capacities up to 500 lb-ft. Its rugged but compact design allows tabletop placement in your calibration laboratory or tool room. Operation is easy: simply select and install the appropriately sized torque sensor, place the wrench in the test stand, and turn the hand crank to apply torque. When used with a 7000 Series Stationary Torque Sensor and a Model 920 Indicator with its “click-wrench” cal feature, the test stand becomes a complete torque wrench test system ideal for calibrating or verifying the calibration of hand torque wrenches. The Model 920 Indicator records the torque values and can provide data printouts or uploads of data to desktop or laptop computers. If a plot of recorded data is required, the test stand can be used with a Model 960 Recorder for more complete analysis of wrench performance. The 7000 Series of stationary torque sensors come in capacities ranging from 100 lb-in to 500 lb-ft and are sold separately. All stationary torque sensors adapt to the universal mounting.
