THE DTC 9500 Series of Deadweight Torque Calibrators are ideal for calibrating and certifying torque transducers and hand torque wrenches. They are precise enough for the calibration laboratory and durable enough for the factory floor. All components are mounted on a heavy-duty base plate.

All units have a balanced and certified torque arm. The torque arm of the 200 lb-ft capacity unit has machined slots for attaching the weight hangers to accommodate special engineering units. The 200, 500, and 1000 lb-ft units have fixed weight hangers.

The rugged gearbox is sized to assist the operator in bringing the torque arm into level position with ease. High quality bearings are used throughout to minimize the effects of friction.Weight sets and additional drive adapters are available at extra cost.
