This letter serves as a formal announcement that PCB Load & Torque, Inc. has acquired substantially all of the assets and intellectual property from RS Technologies Ltd. This acquisition was completed with the full cooperation and enthusiastic support of the ownership of RS Technologies Ltd. Many of the RS Technologies Ltd. production, engineering, and management team have stayed on with PCB Load & Torque, Inc. to provide their many years of experience and expertise to the new company.
